One Internet Day 2009

Sep 9th, 200910 Comments

a series of engaging online talks and seminars with ProFora Media.

One Internet Day 2009 started in 2000, when Janette Toral and the Digital Filipino community reached out to around 300 people in Manila, Cebu, Cagayan de Oro and Davao City to provide updates on the development of e-commerce in the Philippines.

As Digital Filipino celebrates its 10th anniversary this year,  Filipinos are encouraged to continue the legacy of One Internet Day 2009.  “Empowering Filipinos Globally with the Internet” is the theme for this year’s online activities.  Together with ProFora Media, Digital Filipino has lined up a series of webinars– online talks and seminars- made possible by our friends in Prodigy AE, ECC International, Entreplink Philippines, Client First and Blog4Reviews.
